Who is responsible

Glentio Lab is the trading name of Cuaresma Veloso Richard, an individual entrepreneur (empresario individual / autónomo) established in Spain. He is the data controller for the personal data described here, and you can reach him at hello@glentiolab.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, and — if you choose to give them — company or project name, current stage, the kind of support you need, a description of your idea, an indicative budget, a preferred start date and a preferred reply language.

We do not collect anything else. This website sets no cookies, loads no analytics or tracking scripts, and makes no requests to third-party servers. Fonts are served from our own domain, so no external provider receives your IP address from this site.

Why we use it

To read and reply to your enquiry, and to have the follow-up conversation that comes from it. We do not use it for marketing, we do not profile you, and we do not sell or share it with anyone for their own purposes.

The legal basis

Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the enquiry form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing hello@glentiolab.com; that does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.

Who else sees it

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which records technical request data such as IP addresses in its server logs so that it can serve the pages to you. Vercel never sees the contents of an enquiry.

Your enquiry is written in your own email application and arrives directly in our inbox, where it stays. There is no form-processing service in between, and nobody else receives it. If we ever add one, we will name it here before it handles anything.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for 24 months after our last contact with you, and then deleted. If you ask us to delete yours sooner, we will.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to have it sent to you in a portable format. Email hello@glentiolab.com and we will respond.

If you are in the EU or UK and think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority. In Spain that is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

Changes

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and the date below.
