Ideas deserve more than a notebook.

A venture studio and consultancy. We build and run our own products, Glentio and Event Pass Reader, and help founders take theirs from first idea to working business.

Where are you with it?

Start from wherever you are. Each engagement is scoped to named deliverables and ends in a decision. We quote per project rather than publishing a price list.

  1. You have an idea

You cannot stop thinking about it, and you have no reliable way to tell whether it deserves your savings and the next two years.

    1–2 weeksFixed scope

    Idea Validation Sprint

Ends with a decision you can act on, not a deck.

    Request a proposal
  2. You are not technical

You understand the problem better than anyone. What you cannot do is build the thing that solves it, or judge whether a developer's quote is reasonable.

    6–10 weeksScoped programme

    Venture Launch Programme

Ends with a working product and real customers using it.

    Request a proposal
  3. You have already launched

People arrive, fewer sign up than you expected, and it is not obvious which of twenty possible fixes is the one that matters.

    Product & Growth Advisory

Ends each month with changes shipped and measured.

Two products we built and run ourselves.

These are not case studies from client work. They are our own products, and they are the clearest evidence of how we work.

The studio

We build what we advise.

Most founders can find someone to advise them, and someone else to build for them. The gap is between the two: advice that never has to survive contact with a real product, and building that never questions whether the thing is worth making.

We closed that gap for ourselves by doing both. Glentio and Event Pass Reader are ours. We carry the same risks, make the same trade-offs, and live with the same decisions we would ask a founder to make.

we read every enquiry ourselves

Before you get in touch.

  • What stage should my idea be at?

Any stage, including “it is still just an idea”. If it is early, the Idea Validation Sprint is built for exactly that. If you already have something live, start with the Advisory.

  • Do I need to be technical?

No. Most founders we work with are not. We explain technical decisions in plain language and you keep the final say on all of them.

  • Can you validate an idea before any development?

Yes. That is the entire purpose of the Idea Validation Sprint. It can end with a recommendation not to build, and sometimes does. That is a good outcome: it is far cheaper to learn it then.

  • Do you build the complete product?

Yes. The Venture Launch Programme covers strategy, design, development and launch. If you already have a development team, we can work alongside them instead of replacing them.

  • How long does an engagement take?

A validation sprint runs 1–2 weeks. A launch programme runs 6–10 weeks depending on scope. Advisory is monthly or per project.

  • How is pricing handled?

We quote per engagement rather than publishing a price list, because scope varies widely. Tell us what you are trying to do and you will get a written proposal with fixed deliverables before any commitment.

  • Can you improve a product that already exists?

Yes. That is what the Product & Growth Advisory is for: audit, conversion, pricing and a roadmap for what to change first.

Your idea does not need to be fully formed. It needs a clear next step.

Tell us what you are working on. You will get a considered reply from the people who would actually do the work, not a sales sequence.

A few sentences is plenty. What are you trying to do, and what is in the way?
